Reamer Residence
A coastal inspired design located in Pembroke Jones Park at the Country Club of Landfall. This design took shape from inspiration from the clients existing home with added elements to accommodate views of the inter-coastal waterway. Following the spiral stairs to the 3rd floor crows nest, located between garage and house, will lead you to panoramic views of ICW and Wrightsville Beach. We located the sleeping spaces on the second floor while the main floor has an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light. Expected to be complete late 2018.
Tangredi residence
A contemporary design located a few blocks from the ocean at Carolina Beach, NC. Working closely with the client (family) we were able to achieve an open floor plan main level with master suite in the back. The living room in the front opens upward to a double height space with railing looking below from bedroom 3rd floor. We added lots of glass to allow for natural lighting. To top it off in the back 4th floor there is a small office with roof top deck. Currently under-construction expected completion date fall/winter 2018.
Bailey Harbor House
The Bailey Harbor House is a custom design pulling elements from traditional coastal design in the area. With views to Pages Creek, a tidal marsh, we added a large semi wrap around porch which partly get its shape from the property setbacks. Entering the front door on the second level will lead you past the den and dining rooms into a open living kitchen arrangement with a open playroom and deck at the third floor. Expected completion late 2018.
