Story: One of 2x4 Designs first custom designed homes, this is a contemporary design based on the style preferences and needs of a young professional couple. Inspired by Swedish home design, where one of the clients is native, it boasts energy efficient insulation, solar panels, and stained cedar siding. The interior utilizes an open floor plan concept with large windows to maximize views to the tidal creek below. The large second story deck provides ample outdoor space surrounding the bar/lounge and tv rooms.
